Privacy & data use preview
Clear about what the preview does and does not collect.
This is a product-stage privacy explanation for the current public website and development demo. It is not a substitute for final customer terms or a final privacy policy.
No customer brokerage connection
The public demo is not currently designed to connect a prospect's brokerage account or ingest their brokerage credentials.
No customer trade authority
The preview does not grant AlphaSeek authority to submit, cancel, replace, or otherwise execute trades for prospects.
Future data rights remain gated
Commercial storage, retention, deletion, market-data, and derived-data rights remain subject to provider agreements and qualified legal review.
Current demo data
The development workspace uses sample, mock, or development-state data and should not be interpreted as the visitor's personal financial record.
Early-access submissions
If online early-access intake is enabled, the form collects an email address and bounded self-reported product-research responses for trial scheduling and product evaluation. It is not designed to collect brokerage credentials, account identifiers, exact balances, income, or net-worth information.
Trial feedback
When the governed feedback destination is enabled, in-product prompts may record the product surface, trial stage, explicit usefulness response, whether AlphaSeek changed how the participant would evaluate the position, optional qualitative text, and an optional pseudonymous trial ID. The feedback contract does not include email, brokerage credentials, account identifiers, balances, holdings, orders, or other trading data. If a participant does not submit the prompt, AlphaSeek records no feedback response; absence is not converted into a negative answer.
Product analytics
When explicitly enabled, AlphaSeek records a bounded set of product events such as page, demo, feature, and trial-stage interactions. The frontend analytics contract does not include email, participant IDs, brokerage account identifiers, or portfolio values, and it does not set an AlphaSeek analytics cookie. A remote-trial browser may retain a local boolean marker only to distinguish a first trial visit from a return visit. The analytics endpoint and its retention policy must be configured and documented before collection is enabled.
Before customer connectivity
AlphaSeek intends to document the controlling provider rights, user consent, retention/deletion obligations, subprocessors, and security boundaries before commercial brokerage connectivity is enabled.
